SHIPPING POLICY — OWNBOLD

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with OWNBOLD, you agree to all points listed below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery estimates:

Europe: 5–12 business days

USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors do not qualify for refunds.
3. TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information is provided once the order is fulfilled. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours. OWNBOLD is not responsible for customers entering incorrect contact information or failing to check tracking updates.
4. WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OWNBOLD is not liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, missed deliveries, or unclaimed packages. Returned packages may require a reshipping and handling fee. No refunds will be issued for address errors.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” OWNBOLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers must resolve such issues directly with the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders marked as delivered.
6. DELAYED ORDERS
Orders delayed due to carrier issues, customs, strikes, or other external circumstances do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact support@ownbold.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Valid claims will be replaced at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items; replacements only.
8. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Some countries may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay customs fees will not result in a refund.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
